Starting a new study programme is not only a huge adjustment in the life of a (prospective) student, but also in the life of parents or guardians. A new educational institution, new people, a new city and possibly a new house. It is a new phase of life that has commenced.
Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas) considers it important to support students in these changes. The Unexpected Journey introduction week plays a crucial role in this by preparing students for the start of their studies. Our priority is to introduce students to their new classmates and fellow students, the educational institution and some of Breda’s organisations in a safe, accessible and fun way. It is important to know that the introduction week is definitely not a hazing in which students have to do things against their will.
To make that happen, a team of BUas staff and students have spent months preparing this introduction week. To ensure quality and safety, only professional partners are involved.
