Registrations for Unexpected Journey 2025 will open around May 2025.

Who may participate in Unexpected Journey?

You can take part in Unexpected Journey when you meet all the enrolment criteria of your BUas programme. Students of the following programmes can take part in Unexpected Journey:

Academy for Leisure & Events:

Leisure & Events Management – regular bachelor’s students as well as compact-track students
Bachelor of Science Leisure Studies
Pre-master Leisure and Tourism Studies
Master of Science Leisure and Tourism Studies

Academy for Tourism:

AD Tourism Management
Tourism Management – regular bachelor’s students as well as compact-track students
Bachelor of Science Tourism

Academy for AI, Games & Media:

Applied Data Science & Artificial Intelligence
Creative Business
Creative Media & Game Technologies

The programs Master Tourism Destination Management, Master Imagineering, Master Strategic Events Management, Master Media Innovation, and Master Game Technology organize their own introduction programs. Students in these programs will be informed separately via email by their program coordinators.
