1 Please complete this registration form in full. After completing this form, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided in the registration form.

Payment
2 Go to more.buas.nl or click this link;
3 Under ‘Language’, select your preferred language;
4 Log in with your student number and password (see the Frequently Asked Questions if you don’t know where to find these);
5 Type ‘Unexpected Journey’ into the search bar and click on the magnifying glass icon;
6A Full programme participation:
Are you joining both the campus & city day and the programme at Camping Tulderheyde? Then click Add for Unexpected Journey 2026 – Full programme. Would you like to use the shuttle bus from the BUas campus to Camping Tulderheyde? Then also add the Unexpected Journey 2026 – Shuttle bus ticket. Please note: You do not need to add Unexpected Journey 2026 – Campus & city day separately.

6B Campus & city day only:
Are you only joining the campus & city day? Then click Add for Unexpected Journey 2026 – Campus & city day.
7 Click on ‘My order’, check your shopping basket and click on ‘Continue’.
8 Enter your personal details under ‘Address details’ and select your preferred payment method. Click on the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of the page. You can then place your order and you will be redirected to the website of your chosen bank;
9 Once the payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email in your student email inbox

Your registration is complete once you have received both confirmation emails. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check the spam/junk folder in your student email. If you cannot find a confirmation email there either, please send an email to intro@buas.nl. In the run-up to Unexpected Journey 2026, you will receive an email from us with additional practical information.
